Refund Policy FAQ

What is your return/refund policy?

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the evolving laws regarding hemp, we cannot accept returns.

If something is wrong with your purchase, you may be entitled to a refund as long as we are notified within 14 days.

While we stand behind the quality of our products, therefor, the effectiveness of a product is not a valid reason for refund, as cannabinoids affect everyone differently.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If a product arrives damaged/unusable, or your shipment is missing any products, you must notify us within 2 days of product arrival via email with a description and several pictures of the damage, damaged package, and/or items within.

THCA FAQ

What is THCA?

THCA, or tetrahydrocannabinolic acid, is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in raw and live cannabis. It is the precursor to Delta-9 THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), which is the primary psychoactive compound in cannabis.

THCA converts to Delta-9 THC through a process called decarboxylation, which occurs when the cannabis is heated (such as through smoking, vaping, or cooking). Unlike THC, THCA does not produce a "high" but may have potential therapeutic benefits, including anti-inflammatory, anti-emetic, and neuroprotective properties.

How is THCA legal?

THCA products were made legal by H.R. 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, commonly referred to as the 2018 Farm Bill. THCA is legal primarily because it is non-psychoactive and found in hemp, which is legal under the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill, provided it contains less than 0.3% THC. Its legality can vary by jurisdiction, but it generally falls outside the strict regulations applied to THC.

Is THCA legal in my state?

According to the ever changing laws in the United States, Elevated Hemp Co. has determined that the following states have banned or reformed laws around THCA products:

Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Arkansas, and Vermont.

At this moment, we cannot ship to these states.

What are the effects of THCA?

The effects of THCA vary per person, but the average is often reported as relaxing and euphoric. It’s motivating/energizing to some, especially at lower doses, and sleep-inducing to others, especially at higher doses.

It is important to always start with lower doses of THCA to assess your own tolerance levels and slowly move up in dosing if needed.

Consumer Reported THCA Effects:

-Mood boost

-Calming

-Relief for aches

-Motivating

-Sleep aid

-Increased desire for food

How long do the effects of THCA last?

The length of THCA's effects are very unique to the individual. As an average, THCA effects tend to last 2-4 hours for many users.
