As of September 1, 2025 Texas House Bill 2024 (SB 2024) prohibits the sale of all vape carts, disposables, and pod systems containing any cannabinoids within the state of Texas. To stay compliant, these products are marked Out of Stock until further notice.

We’re hopeful an injunction will allow them back soon. In the meantime, hemp-derived THCA flower, edibles, and concentrates remain fully legal in the state of Texas. To read more in depth about this bill and what Elevated is doing, check out our full blog post here-->
